Island Hopping in East Frisia

Exploring the most charming North Sea Islands by bike...

This tour transports us to the sand, dunes, beaches, and sea of East Frisia! Altogether three different islands are beckoning to be explored: Borkum – the island with a high-sea climate, Norderney – the glamorous island, and Langeoog – the almost entirely car-free island with gorgeous sandy beaches! As much as we will bask in the flair of these particular islands, we are sure to feel equally excited by the charming coast of East Frisia.

Lüneburg Heath, 8 days option

"On the Lüneburg Heath, in the wonderful country"...

Romantics, nature lovers, and culture enthusiasts – they all love the Lüneburg Heath, just as the heath poet, Hermann Löns, once did, which is no miracle to us! Heidschnucken (moorland sheep), which graze serenely in the vast landscape, recreation parks, which tell stories and promise adventure, old timber frames, big cities like Bremen, and a train station as an artistic object in Uelzen: The face of the Heath is changeable; only high mountains are missing here, which is not a disadvantage at all for cyclists, however.

Where structure work is so much more than mere architecture…

City magic of Thuringia

Cities of Thuringia lure with history, art, and pleasure…

This long-distance Cycle Path joins together seven of the most beautiful cities of Thuringia and leads through a wonderful and contrasting landscape. The cities in Thuringia are highly impressive: They thrive on the glorious past, breathe in medieval flair, and yet establish a link between the past and the future at the same time. We cycle at the foot of the Thuringian forest, following the Ilm Cycle Path, the Saale Cycle Path, and the White-Magpie Cycle Path, and discover the area of the national garden show of 2007 by Gera.
