Clients travelling with a rental bicycle will be provided with a repair set, which includes a repair kit and tools, in order to repair the damage on their own in case of need. You may also visit a bicycle repair shop on site to have small repairs done (up to a limit of € 25,-) against a receipt. In case of bigger damage, please call our service number under 07712-5511 and we will seek to help you quickly. On bicycle tours which we carry out in collaboration with a local contractual partner separate conditions will apply to some extent (details as needed on enquiry).
